It's not going to upset more people. The people upset about it were the ones already upset about it. There aren't people out there on the kneeling fence that are just waiting to be tipped to one side or the other.
I disagree. Lots of these players come from nothing and are now making millions but don't want to be considered a "problem" so they don't rock the boat. They want to keep gettin dem checks. More players kneeling = stigma of kneeling dissipates (albeit slowly). I would think it would be a sort of snowball effect.

In Rex's defense he likely assumed that a vote for Trump was a vote for getting the pee tape released and I assume that really gets his motor humming
