On that last breakaway I tried to text Tobias “Blow the whistle” and it autocorrected to “Blow the whitest LW”
Hell of a game, had a showing on our house during game so I drove to parents house and watched it in the basement there. Fun times, and Lukaku failing to score against a top 6 side again made it a little sweeter for me haha.
Delph has been good at LB but struggled badly today. His post match interview was good though. Said he thought Otamendi was going to win the header and it caught him off guard when it go through and he didn’t get the ball out. Said he’s learning on the job each match and that he will learn from today and move on
Sounds like Pep is getting a little sick of Kompany always getting injured “Kompany is injured,” the City manager said. “We wait and see. Vinny is always like this – unfortunately we can’t count on him for a long time.” It is also a big win because we probably going to have a few weeks of Mangala-Otamendi with no real cover.
Apparently Jose was butt hurt after game that City were celebrating the win in the locker room too loudly and it led to him going to the City locker and getting in a shouting match with Ederson and Jose got milk and water thrown at him.
Got out of work early today because of the snow storm....great to have a chance to watch a mid week game

I was pretty concerned about that. I keep wondering when they will look at Arteta’s hair vs Pep’s and decide to name him manager
