I just don’t want the Celtics to get our pick. That’s the new goal for the season. Should be attainable.
Thoughts on all the Luke Walton talk lately? I personally like him as a coach and want to wait and see what he can do with a little more talent (Paul George and hopefully others) next season and potential beyond but the whole thing about him not being Magic’s higher makes me wonder if he’s not gone after the season.
I hate the reason it’s being talked about. I think he’s done a good job and definitely deserves a go at it with more talent. He just has a team that’s half too young and the other half is playing for their next job.
I haven't seen enough from him this season to say he should be untouchable, but I'd definitely give him the rest of this year and next, unless one of the A-list free agents says they don't wanna play or him
The Lakers on Friday shot 2-14 from the line and still won. Lowest free throw percentage in a win in NBA history.
Kuzma just took over that 4th quarter. Gotta clean up the free throws though. That was ugly. Would’ve been a kick in the sack to lose that one.
With all of the FT misses, I figured that the Celtics were bound to hit the three at the end to win it.
It is hard enough to close out games as a young team, being extra shitty at free throws does not make it any easier. A win is a win though and especially against Boston. Fuck em.
this team would have at least 2 or 3 more wins on the year if the backup PG wasn't Tyler fucking Ennis
He should have a long stay in the league as a solid role player off the bench but I can't see him consistently being anything more than that on a competitive team.
I liked the trade assuming the Lakers actually get two max contracts in 18 or 19 (not a sure thing at all) but I do not like seeing Nance in a Cavs jersey, one of the few bright spots of the last few years
I wish they'd just buy Isaiah out, why give quality minutes to someone who won't be with the team next year?
I'd give him more than a couple games before tagging him as useless. He's going to play better. Team needs to win as many games as possible. Buying him out helps nothing.

I wondered why Luke didn't play Zubac more earlier. But it was good they got him minutes in the G League. Zubac's floor is a solid 2nd string Center.
