I’m through season 3 episode 4 and have a few thoughts and questions: -I may have not been paying enough attention but what’s the chronology of Peña going from in trouble at the end of season 2 to back in charge? -Why did they make the two new agents out to be such goofballs? -The actor playing Miguel Rodriguez does a good job after Gilberto gets arrested of playing the other, less charismatic brother trying to take charge. -His son is extremely hateable -As mentioned, Salcedo’s wife and Miguel’s new live in are both super hot Great season so far.

Season 2 (and true events I guess) question: Spoiler Why did Cali kill Lion? Got what they needed from him (Miami connections) and didn't need him anymore?
short answer is that he knew all the "nitty gritties" of the Miami operation and cocaine business. Clearly not loyal because he was one of Pablo's "main guys" and the second Cali approached him to switch allegiances he turned his nose at Pablo. Don't think the Cali cartel didn't notice that and probably thought he would do the same to them in the future
Just finished, man that was great. Love the music in these. Hated Pacho in season 2 and loved him in 3. Chepe was the best though.
Great Netflix show, crazy history down there. It would have been unbelievable to live there knowing you could be killed at any time like that. Also, I find it interesting that their communication and security system was so advanced for the time and the amount of people just keeping an eye on things for them. Anyone else find this stuff interesting?
season 3 was my favorite by far. interesting to see where they'll take it with zero overlapping characters
This has been one of the best shows out there over the last few years. Season 3 was incredible so my expectations are high for 4
I really hope this takes off too, because if executed as well we pretty much have quality content for another decade.
Buddy of mine started watching this new season last night says it’s incredible Said may be best season yet
I know it was a different time and we have new perspective now, but lord is it nauseating watching a crew of DEA guys get hardons over a massive field of marijuana...
Great season. As good as the others, maybe not better per se. Definitely sets up next season perfectly. Things get very interesting from a judicial standpoint.
Weird that they didnt add this as the fourth season of Narcos and just are calling it Narcos Mexico as a stand alone. I think that's what's confusing. Really digging this so far. Watched the first two eps last night and will probably finish the whole season at some point this wknd.
The process of Felix Gallardo becoming so ruthless made me enjoy this season more than others. I like Michael Pena, but did not find the Kiki character very likable. Hopefully Kiki wasn't as reckless in real life as the show.
I hated kiki at first, but grew to love him. fuckin hated RCQ by the end. I preferred the colombia season, but that might be because I knew more about colombia/PE/GoC than Felix/MX pre hand. still a good season. isabella
