My jimmies were so rustled when Microsoft bought Bungie. Them and blizzard were basically the only people who put games on Mac simultaneously and they made awesome strategy games and then they just became Halo.
Well no shit but it’s a very interesting dynamic if you go and look back at it. Bungie had been a Mac stalwart with Myth and Halo was supposed to be a Mac/Pc game. Blizzard put WC, Starcraft, and Diablo on Mac at a time when it wasn’t the most popular decision and you have to wonder if that contributed to Apple being able to last until they hit it big.
