Your new QB hates one of these guys, and has had his blind side protected by the other for past 3 years. If the pick is a Tackle and if you're happy with either, it should be Zues. I think they can wait on him though
Love Hurst. Love Guice. Love Landry but apparently his medical reports are really bad. How about Kirk? I know WR isn’t a huge need, but he’s pretty damn good.
With the contract we just gave to a guy who’s going to be best suited in the slot I don’t think Kirk should be an option I think he’s quite good but Landry just got a gigantic deal
This is probably the right answer. I was just spitballing with the idea of taking Kirk and trading Coleman.
He also said you should wait for Brown and not take him here. Because he shouldn't be going this early
Well, public perception of Brown after his combine says to wait. That said, pop in the tapes. The dude is a straight mauler on the field and was a unanimous first team all american for that reason. Doesn't hurt that he's 6'8' 350 and the son of 10 yr starter as an NFL OT (Browns and Ravens). Obviously I'm a homer, but he and Bake are bros. Already got the built in trust and what not so if Tackle is need, then I don't think it's a bad pick
Connor Williams has a good shot. Don't think they take guice, Hurst, or Landry. There are some really good safeties available.
With the news on Witten, that might be the direction the Cowboys head. I really dont think the Browns can make a bad pick here (history notwithstanding)
A lot of folks see him as a guard, not a tackle. Don’t know where the browns fall in that group though.
If I hear another simpleton compare Baker to Johnny, I’m going to scream. Aside from being the same size they have zero in common.
They aren't even the same size. Height, close, but Baker is taller. Baker is thicker/stronger/athletic-er than Johnny.
They are both QBs. They were both drafted by the Browns. They are both white. They both have two arms. They both throw with their right arm. I could go on and on.
Would love if they took Gesicki. Him and Njoku would cause some nightmare match ups for defenses. Could be like Gronk and Hernandez minus the murders and what not.
More than one way to skin a cat. I'd split Gesicki out 99% of the time anyhow so he'd be used more like a WR
Then draft an actual wide receiver who's really good. Gesicki and njoku play the same position essentially. You don't need two of them and they're not beasts in the run game like gronk and Hernandez. Gesiki is going to get eaten alive by physical corners and safeties, too. He's a one trick red zone threat in the nfl right now
What happened with him? Thought he was lock to be a solid NFL player coming out of FSU and then never heard much about him.
Jimmy Graham was much more than just a red zone threat, don't be stupid. Also good luck on that comp lol
He was a receiving only tight end who was a mismatch split out. Never said that's who he is, just saying that's not a bad thing to have
Right. My whole point is they already have that player who they drafted in the first last year and a second doesn't have anywhere to play. If you want a receiver draft a receiver
With the wr roster they have (Landry, Gordon, coleman) its not a bad problem to try and add. Gives them a variety
