Since I assume you are in Nebraska for this match, I was researching a golf trip and realized that Sand Hills and Dismal are in the same city? Gonna have to try to pull that off.
Mullen is not a "city" by any stretch of the imagination. Both courses are technically in Mullen by zip code but they're an hour apart from each other. They are in the text book definition of middle of no where. Dismal is possible to get on for a non-member but it's still not easy. Sand Hills? You know some pretty special people if you can get on there. Good luck!
Definitely a pie in the sky trip, though have a connection to the head pro at Sand Hills. Good info on them not being close together. We have some members that have been to Dismal, but from the looks of the site you need to stay there and spend a fortune if you are lucky enough to get on.
You’ll be doing a lot of driving regardless. An hour from one to the other isn’t a huge deal imo. I’d also recommend looking into https://theprairieclub.com/ Two outstanding courses there that you can get on.

So do the No Laying Up guys have any golf qualifications other than being a couple of Miami U Phi Psi bros that liked golf? I don't mean that as an insult, I like their work.
I think they played in HS. They played in the Web Pro Am last week and Soly was given a scratch handicap but he said on the pod he's really a 2. Tron is a 7ish I guess.
They just happened to start making good content, and parlayed it into a dream job. All of them were working in different professions for the first 50 or so podcasts. Soly for a Big 4 accounting firm in Europe and Tron in hotel management. They quit and started doing this full time about 5 months ago.
Monday was Media Day at Shinnecock, which is how they (and seemingly everyone else in America) got the look. Winged Foot was a random young member who is a fan and invited them to play. Must be nice.
1st hole. I’m making a mess of things. Both @1 and Ty Webb are on the green while I’m not. 1 pulls the flag and apologizes and asks if I want it in. I said no I’m gonna Phil it and make the chip. I drain it. Then all the sudden a tornado hits and we have to quit playing and nothing happened after that.
Just a rope for some grass they don't want you to drive on. Not a public course...not that, that matters
16th tee. Ty Webb up 3 on me and 1 on 1. Par 3 all over water. I start getting in Ty’s head and he chunks it right into the lake. I then stick it to 8 feet. I also then 3 putted.
Some might say today was a throwback to the '95 national championship game Edit...Goddamit. My joke sucks now
Was going to be my guess. Well if Jigga has had that he won’t want to slum it at tregaron with my tomorrow or eagle hills on Saturday.
