In a vacuum this isn’t horrible but it’s still not ideal. It seems like Gundy eats a lot of shit from T. Boone and the administration though. I know he’s a great fit culturally at OSU but if I were him I would bounce ASAP.
If by "float his name out for big openings to get a bigger contract from Ok St" qualifies as trying to leave, then yes
He’s been rumored to leave as much as Dan Mullen was. I assume he doesn’t interview well and that he wouldn’t be a fit at a blue blood type school, but it shocks me he couldn’t end up somewhere else.

Extremely valid criticism. Less than 100 miles away, your rival school has not only achieved more success, but has substantially better talent. Gundy has to build his roster to compete with OU. He's obviously a great evaluator and developer, but he needs more difference makers on his teams. He always has a great answer at QB and an Alpha at Wr, but there's not exuse to not have the depth needed to win championships.
