Champions league is dope Really hope Dortmund telling Konami to fuck off means we will finally get Pulisic’s face scanned in the game
Europa, SuperCup, Serie A and Dortmund will be included. Edit: Serie A and Dortmund were both in FIFA 18 but they were not fully licensed so the Dortmund stadium was not available.
Game plan sounds awesome. Pretty much customize tactics so they match a formation too. Here’s a video explaining it:
And you don’t think ea had a chance to offer more at the time and chose not to? What does Fifa sell 10 times what PES does? Maybe more?
offline, single-player modes are done getting attention. it's all about online and the pay-to-play modes.
I think at the time the deal was made, PES was huge in Europe and their sales were somewhat close to FIFA. It's only been recent where FIFA has started to dominate the market worldwide.
I used play 1v1 a good bit too but that's tailed off because I've gotten frustrated with all the times I've had to abandon a game because my daughter wakes up crying.
Do you have numbers on that. i dont know anyone who plays PES. Doesnt mean you’re not right, it would just surprise me.
Nah, just from what I remembered reading Liverpool and general Euro soccer forums in the mid-late 2000s compared to now. Always seemed to be a 50/50 split on which game they preferred.
at one point I think PES was the more popular game in the UK but FIFA overtook them even there at least a few years ago.
Just found this article https://bleacherreport.com/articles...e-the-undisputed-king-of-football-video-games
Fuck loot boxes! Manager mode needs stadium upgrades, training coaches, better youth academy options, fix scouting and youth, youth academy's growth progression, negotiate sponsor & kit contracts, and probably other stuff too. EA needs to start giving a fuck as well.
People pay real money for aesthetics in games like Fortnite and Overwatch Of course they’re going to pay money for digital trading cards in a soccer game
Think I'm going to try and get into FUT this year. Gonna have to use this thread as help though because I never play it.
I used to think online would be a horrible experience but it’s not as bad as ppl make it out to be. I guess I’ve you're used to always winning it would be tough. I played the last two months of WL before the WC and was getting Gold 2 regularly.
I struggle with playing FIFA vs FM. Don’t really have the time for both anymore and at the end of the day I like playing with my team. FM is such an incredible game though. I wish they had games like it in every sport.
Need to do something with the manager like leveling him up or something and he gains attributes. What do they offer a salary for your manager if you can't do anything with it?
Ah man a skill tree a la NCAA 14 would add a whole different level to it I have been dreaming of being able to earn sponsorship and money to build new stadiums. Would love to take a shitty little league 2 team and take them to be a mainstay in the Prem with a 60,000 plus stadium I earned and built myself That’s the dream Also think developing players for the international team you manage should go deeper
There is a guy in my line of sight at my new job that resembles SugarShaun and I’m tempted to walk up to him and scream in his face about buying FUT packs
I’m buying Madden at release and joining an online franchise so that should help limit my FUT next round
I know I will but Madden will help cut down on it. Plus we are going to England in the Spring and trying to buy a house
Pretty sure SugarShaun is actually homeless because of FUT, and spends most of his time at the public library posting on TMB.
Nah I don’t spend that much. I spent some but have incredible luck as well. Also I don’t know the last time I posted from an actual computer
I wonder if EA is more committed to Real Madrid or Ronaldo when it comes to the cover. It would be hilarious if the Alex Hunter thing hinged on CR7 playing for Madrid like last years.
