Ball seems to be playing great since coming back from the injury. Lakers are an intriguing young team.
Never really expected IT to be this content with being a distributor, given his contract status I assumed he'd just start chucking as soon as he joined the team
That’s what happened for those that didn’t see. Magic threw the ball at the rim and clock went off before anyone touched it. Lonzo got the ball anyway but it was weird.
I went from being the Jags fan gif guy the last 2 minutes of the game to being that one gif of Doc Rivers staring into space at the ruling at the end
That was a nice little finish to the 3rd quarter. Hopefully they don’t let them back in it in the 4th.
My thoughts as well. Hopefully LeBron was convinced last night to take a little less in order to keep him.
Not if it means their best player will instead be Lebron. But yeah, need to figure something out. Let's not get too crazy....it is still worth noting Randle hasn't played this high of a level for longer than a month or so. Still want to keep him though. Fuck Mitch and Jim for signing Deng. Basically waited a decade to finally get cap space and they fucked it up.
Julius Randle's per 48 stats have mostly been pretty consistent from month to month this year, obviously a little better in March because it's skewed by his career game in a smaller sample size, but he's just now finally get the deserved opportunity of starter minutes
I think most of us agreed at the beginning of the year that this team wouldn’t be very good but they would be fun. They’ve definitely exceeded both of those predictions, especially over these last couple months.
A few minutes before that they got tangled going down the court and Julius fell. Wish they showed a replay of that, but I bet jokic "helped" him fall. Im sure jules was responding in kind. I think the broadcast team thought he just fell so they moved on.
According to my fantasy team, pretty brutal games overall in the nba today as far as making shots. But yes, no Ingram, lonzo and IT is not good
PG was never meant for LA. If he wants to reup with a 4 seed in the middle of nowhere thats fine. #littleballer S P I N Z O N E
I’m actually fine with it. He’s a third or fourth option on a championship team. Tough to pay him max money.
Yeah I am not too broken up about it. I kind of don't even want them to sign anyone, I want to watch the young guys develop even if the end result isn't a championship. Putting together a bunch of all stars was never that appealing to me, I've seen enough titles that I am not that thirsty to get one that way.
