Just bought some baby back ribs for $3/lb. Will they last in the fridge until Friday or Saturday? Or should I freeze them?

I put a 6.5lb pork butt on around 8pm last night and it should be done around 8:30 which is a lot earlier than I was anticipating due to my first two cooks taking way longer than I was planning. Having people over around 2pm. If I wrap it tightly in foil (unwrapped now) and place it in a cooler with a towel over it will it still be warm/okay to pull around 2?

Thanks for posting this. I should have done this 2 years ago but have gone with the BGE gasket and burnt it up several times when I do pizza at high heat. I need to replace mine now so going this route.
Wife wants sliced pork today so going to use this cooking method but different rub. Never thought about charring it off at the end like that.
Mine did the same, committing us to her sister's cookout. I asked what the plan was for food and her sister said her friend is bringing hamburgers and hot dogs. I know good and goddamn well that they're gonna be frozen patties and Farmer John weiners. Fuck that, I'm cooking a couple racks of ribs and taking them over so I can eat something good.
