So much so on the base diet that I was in physical pain 2 days. Sunday was awful. It was a heavy day since I did legs and I was just in bed in absolute agony due to stomach pains.
Cutting. I think the base week is carb loading then as the fat loss weeks progress they cut carbs and fats. Still a ton of food to eat. Trying to cut maybe 10lbs for wedding. I know I can get it off counting calories using my fitness pal but I’ve read up on how using macros is better than just cutting calories.
Depending on your weight, that could easily account for it. Give it 2-3 more weeks then adjust after that.
Did you buy the template or did you acquire a free one? I thought I remember someone mentioning a Google Drive or Dropbox that others ITT use. If someone wouldn't mind helping a brother out with a link I'd appreciate it
Juggernaut did a five part series on squat techniques. Remedial for most of you, but it was great for me. Never visualized pulling my back muscles inward, then pushing elbows forwards... feel a lot more stable on low bars today. #deardiary

A)always good for even elite folks to go back and review the basics. Juggernaut does an amazing job at that. B)I’ve done the same and my positioning coming out of the hole has been awesome.
So roughly half way through the year I’m at 226 mile run 9046 push-ups 8465 sit-ups In addition to lifting. I did a lot of pushups during my two week annual training but it was too much to track and add to my totals.

I would imagine face pulls would be good for swimming. Really fire up Dem delts. I use the to warm up for pressing days.

Spent two weeks prepping that T2 biker bar location for shooting in Jan/Feb 1991. Had about three days' worth of work, but they sent us out there for ten, so we spent a lot of time drinking at the bar. They wanted to stay open during prep, so we did a lot of work before and after hours. One of the waitresses celebrated a birthday while we were there, so we got her a cake with a girl riding a giant horse-sized penis drawn in icing on the top. My uncle was supposed to play the biker bar owner with the shotgun whose sunglasses Arnold takes, but he'd left the film over "creative differences" with Joe Nemec the Production Designer in December, so Mali Finn got some other portly 50something to do it. To keep this thread-related, Arnold looked like he worked out a lot. I was working standby on the garage set where Linda pulls bullets out of his back, and he didn't look all that impressive when he walked past me on his way onset, but then when he took off his shirt I was like HOLY FUCK
Arnold wasn’t that big relative to the mass monsters we see today. His type of physique will always be more aesthetic for me.
If Arnold was competing today, he'd be in the men's physique division. Regardless, his equal will never be seen. It might sound stupid, but he made it look natural.
