this article's reasoning is flawed. The Republican Party and Republican voters don't care about universal health care - every American with health care - because they assume they'll always have health care or at least what they're getting will be better than what blacks and browns are getting (which is almost always true). So, while this paragraph might end up being true: ...they'll strengthen the structural hindrances that prevent blacks/browns from getting the same benefits from gubmint provided coverage.
