It's gonna be ugly.

 

That was NOT a first drive that I predicted.

 

They run the ball on 3rd and 15ish way too much too. It's not like Washington has been getting crazy pressure on Montez.

 

Some good, some bad. That is two conservative calls on third down, but this 3rd down run then kick a FG was particularly weird.

 

I don't mind that one as much. I think the thought was that you would go for it if you picked up a couple yards, as you'd expect to be able to do it that situation, but then when the run got stuffed, the FG was an ok option.

 

That was a less-than-ideal red zone session. Lots of sideways.

 

Good point. Think I am just frustrated by what appears to be a fairly conservative approach (which may only feel that way because Washington keeps going for it on 4th down).

 

So many missed opportunities.
