Watch 4-6 Watch Weird Al's The Saga Begins Watch HISHE of Episode II Watch the original Clone Wars shorts Watch HISHE of Episode III Watch Solo Watch Rogue One Rewatch 4-6 Watch 7-8
There’s another video series where they rewrite the prequels to be from Obi Wan’s perspective and I very much enjoyed it as fanfics/fan edits go
Ep II is an awful movie. Not just bad for Star Wars but easily one of the worst movies I have ever seen.
The best redub was the Jedi Party redub, anyone who disagrees can dance fight me. It is much more enjoyable than the actual prequels and carried on for the original trilogy
Just finished Solo. Not great but I liked it. Tbh I like the spinoff movies more than the actual new trilogy movies
I’d agree with that, rogue one moreso than solo though. I didn’t need a movie to tell me why Han Solo is cool, I already knew that.
I was hoping the Solo origin story would be more dirty, but I knew that wasnt very likely because Disney. I loved Rogue One
Agreed, I wanted Han to be more of the scoundrel we suspected him to be. But they were scared to not make him a good guy. Instead it was entertaining but ultimately felt pointless.
I remember the hype for it after TPM. It coincided a lot with the rise of viral videos on random websites or maybe YouTube or QuickTime or whatever media viewer was out there. I remember so many fake trailers popping up that had garbage CGI and photoshop but it was hard to tell in 240p. I specifically remember one where it looked like a movie similar to Braveheart where all the swords were made into lightsabers and it was this massive battle. I was amped for days until I found out it was fake because I wanted this massive melee. There ended up being one but it was pretty underwhelming. I’m not sure I’ve seen II or III totally from start to finish in one sitting outside the theaters. I know a lot of people in here love III but it is really bad to me and unsalvageable after II because both the writing and acting were bad and had no ability to improve because they were stuck with HC.
I liked it because it was visually appealing and a little world building but it was really just a fan service check list how did Han meet chewie? Check How did Han meet Lando? Check How did Han get the Falcon? Check How did Han get his name? Check How did Han get his blaster? Check What was the Kessel Run? Check Spoiler Also, we need an unexpected cameo. Check And we somehow have to tie it into the greater story arc of the rebellion vs empire. Check Oh yeah, it’s a Star Wars movie so we are contractually obligated to show a light saber. Check
I was one of the few I feel who absolutely loved Solo. Thought the pacing was excellent, writing was excellent, and minor characters and setting were great. Made me want more of that.
Rogue one is probably my favorite Star Wars content of any of the newer content (after the original series) The tone is perfect, it is visually beautiful (aside from uncanny valley tarkin and leia), the story is pretty good, and it has interesting characters. and that Vader scene...that Vader scene, just put that shit right into my veins
Like I said, I liked it, actually a lot more than I thought I would, but you could tell that it was a story written to tie together specific fan service moments Now that those fan service moments are out of the way, I actually wouldn’t mind a sequel that didn’t need to be tied to fan service or the greater events of the original series. Just a good ole space western
yeah, I've had Rogue One in my top 3 since it came out. Thought we were in for some incredible one-off movies after that bar was set, then Solo happened and suddenly it's back to only trilogies. Pretty disappointing, but at least we got Rogue One out of them before they puckered up.
Awesome. The exact type of character I want for a TV show. https://www.starwars.com/news/cassian-andor-live-action-series-announced
I actually like it. Some badass hand to hand fight scenes. Haywire is an underrated movie if you haven’t seen it.

https://deadline.com/2018/11/star-w...-showrunner-disney-plus-streaming-1202511875/ Guy who ran The Americans on FX hired to head up a spy-based Star Wars show for Disney+. This network is going to be incredible. Disney kids shows for families, Star Wars and Marvel content for everyone.
He runs the writers room. It's his vision that guides the scripts and plotlines and overall direction of the show. He (or she) has a hand in everything, from production to casting, etc. A show's episode may be credited as written by someone but the showrunner almost certainly did a pass over the script, tweaking things here and there. Basically the equivalent to a movie director
The guy playing live music at the bar next to where I’m having dinner is using different parts of binary sunset as his transitions. It’s amazing.
My expectations are tempered. First book was great. Second book was lame. Hopefully 3rd book is more like the first.
while true, Thrawn has so much potential I will look forward to it. Even if it is a bad book, it is still a Thrawn book.
