Sat in the 200-level Executive Club seats last night for the game. My god, really changes the experience. I felt like such an idiot with a water bottle of bourbon tucked into my waistband when I found out they have a full open bar in there. Also saw Mark Sanford in there, people were fawning over him
Leach is not realistic here. His comments and demeanor wouldn't fly in a "fishbowl" like the SEC. I just read an article yesterday where WSU lost $1mil+ in pledged donations bc of social media stuff he did that rubbed donors the wrong way
1. I still don't think that's realistic 2. Even so, he wouldn't win 10 the first year. He wouldn't be able to build up a program bc different gaffes would take him out first
don't know but doubt he'd be 10-1 in the SEC. All offense is sexy but doesn't lead to championships. Ole Miss is as close as the SEC gets to that and they are middle/bottom of west. Our O is producing right now. Just like it was weird that SOS couldn't sign a 5 star QB - Champ isn't dominating on the defensive side of the ball. Ironic. If our D is mediocre we are 8-2 now.
They'd hate more than just his crazy conspiracy theory bullshit. He doesn't recruit and just plugs and plays with whatever he finds serviceable. If you think we were bare when Spurrier left, wait until leach gets fired after 3 recruiting classes in the 50s
Who hasn’t failed here? Yeah he wouldn’t win a national championship. But I would rather lose playing fun offense than just getting embarrassed.
Washington State had classes in the # 80 - 100 range before leach was there, now they're in the 50's. looks like an improvement to me he recruited pretty well at Texas Tech, too
I'd imagine he interviewed for expeience. He was either getting the ou job soon (which I'm sure he knew) or someone better was coming calling. The stoops on the way out train had been going on for a while, people just didn't know exactly how it was going to go down
That new "Blue Bike" bike share service downtown costs $95 a year. Which gives you unlimited rides, as long as you don't go over 60 minutes per ride. My question is for 100 bucks why wouldn't you just buy a bike and ride whenever tf you want?
A new pizza place in cottontown opened last week owner by a guy named Rick marzan. He was an Uber driver for me in like April or so saying how he was moving his pizza place down here from irmo or something. He was a small time actor for a while, and apparently had all sorts of racist, misogynistic, etc etc shit all over his public Facebook and now they're getting slaughtered on social media
Not only do we have four five-stars, we are still potentially getting a fifth...the #1 recruit in the country.
