Donnie is the biggest pussy in strength sports. Blocked me a long time ago because he thought I made a post about sorinex center mass bells. I didn’t, so he changed his mind. He then went public that he was forgiving Sorinex and they were making amends. He started making weird comments. Making snide remarks about my thoughts on the Rep bench even though I claimed his pad was better than theirs. Then said he was just kidding and I should reach out to him next time I’m in Columbia. Then he found out I got a sorinex rack and blocked me again. Dude is a certified weirdo.
As much as I pay Hani I can’t say shit about paying for programming and coaching. Keep us updated on how that AINprogram goes

Was just checking Amazon for a cheap one. Cap has one on there for like $30 but the angles seem a bit aggressive. Titan has one under $50, figure they can't screw up a curl bar too bad...hopefully.

2/3 testing today Squat 425 - > 465 Snatch 100 - > 104 C&J 110 - > failed at 120 then at 115. Was beat after a 2 hour session and forgot my mid workout snatch
Hear that, thankfully I threw my scale away so I really haven't gained any weight as long as I never weigh myself. That's the logic I'm using and I'm sticking to it.
I've gotten fatter than I want to be. A little too casual eating a lot of bad stuff. Ill weigh myself next week and make a plan to get down to 89kgs/196 in about 12 weeks for my next meet.
I’m not even sending my coach my weight this week because it’s going to be egregious. 12 weeks to lose ~7-9lbs then water cut 2-4lbs that week
Welp, I tried to get it this morning and they were sold out. Same thing on the website. I may just pick up the Elite FTS version for a few bucks more.
FYI - CWS said that if you sign up for the beta version of the AI training, you get locked in at that price and they are developing an app to go with it (which I assume will be much better than the excel sheets they are using for the beta). I'm only on my second week, but I will say that they have been super responsive to email questions. Emailed a list on Thanksgiving night and got a response first thing Friday morning.

Haven’t used them yet, but I’m impressed with the shipping on the gangsta wraps. Ordered them Thursday and got a message on Sunday that they had been delivered. I assumed that was a mistake so didn’t even check. On my way out the door this AM I checked the mailbox just in case and sure enough they were in there. I didn’t even know Sunday delivery was a thing from the USPS.
Thread is dead Had a good deadlift day after expecting the worst. 225 felt heavy but eventually built my way up to 365x5 and 405x2. Pretty happy for that on a day I wasn't feeling it at all. Have had some amazing soreness this week after taking 3-4 days off for thanksgiving.
Deadlifts make 0 sense in when you’re going to hit a big number. Could be on a day you’re fresh, could be on a day after a ton of squat volume.
