Umm it definitely changed my shitting. I used to be a once daily within 10 minutes of 10:30am daily, sturdy and solid. Now I never have a clue when I'm going to or what the consistency will be.
I have stumbled upon this place looking at trying this diet. Starting today and looking forward to seeing everyone's progress. I am 5'11" and starting weight is 238. Want to get below 200. Wife wasn't feeling well last night so I didn't get the last ass eating in!
don't think my shits have been any different, but i have noticed i feel a bit weaker lately. i'm probably not eating enough every day 3 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast handful of cashews around 10am usually some leftover from dinner, or i'll just cook up some chicken and veggies for lunch handful of cashews around 3 salmon/veggies or steak/veggies or chicken/veggies for dinner i also drink about 160oz of water every day
bout 10 days or so i used to crush carbs all day long so it's prob just my body going through withdrawals or something i'd make fried rice, or pasta almost every night for dinner, and something carb heavy for lunch/breakfast every day too
I’m definitely more tired. Seem to hit a complete wall mid afternoon Between 3-5, then I get a second wind and at night I’ve been sleeping like a log. Also getting ready to head down to Eagles game shortly. Just took a shit which was my biggest concern.
i make a smoothie with 1/2 avocado, coconut milk, 1 cup kale, almond butter, chia seeds, and flaxseeds and i have a good solid shit every morning if i don’t have one of those smoothies i feel like my asshole is going to burn up
Need to get electrolytes in ya (beef bullion), some potassium pills, and magnesium pills. No keto flu. If I ever get to a plateau then lose some lbs I may have the shits, but it's not like I'm miserable.
Fiber is a carbohydrate. It’s not “canceling out” anything. Your body just doesn’t absorb fiber like it does other carbs.
Ok this helps for sure. I had a half chicken dark from Boston market with a side of creamed spinach but didn’t eat all the spinach. Should give me plenty of buffer for tonight.
Not always diarrhea, sometimes it’s just little ass giblets. I was pooping so much the shit tickets made my ass chapped and I had to switch to baby wipes.
Oh I know. It’s not always horrible. Just most of the time. Thanks When I eat normally, normal stools. I looked into it and it’s where my body isn’t used to taking in that much fat.
4 days in, no symptoms. I was already doing IF usually with one meal a day during the week (no breakfast, no lunch at work) with lunch and dinner on weekends. Today was the first 24 hour fast since starting keto and I was expecting it to be rocky, but nothing.
Lots of stuff. Omelettes, Salads, steak, chops, veggies, chicken, bbq, Sometimes nothing...sometimes celery and peanut butter...maybe a meal replacement shake with some sesame seed oil (for fats).
tried doing the fathead pizza tonight, but failed miserably. ended up making a big salad with all the toppings I was planning on putting on the pizza.
If this helps me get my half under 2 and full under 4 it will be worth it. If I can get to 170 and not starve it will be great.
think I commented on your issue before, yeah? I’m not sure if full Keto is needed per se for weight loss and lowering a running time. Maybe lazy Keto, low carbs. Still sneak in a banana.
Fell off the bandwagon today. Ate a turkey sandwich, a bag of chips, and a chocolate chip cookie during a catered business lunch. Would have been pretty awkward to pull the turkey off the bread to eat it. I’ll take my laps for the cookie.
Cream cheese pancakes, Chia seed pudding, jalepeno soup, Cuban pot roast and praprika chicken thighs were my favorites. There’s a recipe out there for Keto Cheetos too.
