I’m not doing it for weight, no. I was just saying you need to take in more calories than you burn, as is the case with any diet. So if he’s maxed out his allotted carbs and has reached the equivalent of about 1.2g of protein for each lb of lean mass (not total weight) then you’ll need to up your fat intake. Otherwise you can add more protein if you’re not there yet
Go eat some cheese or salami Or take a nice spoonful of peanut butter and chug a bottle or two of water

if it's ok, I'll do the same. I was 198 when I started keto 3 weeks ago, down to 187 yesterday. Goal is low 170's.
For the record 189 start, 182 current. For the this next few weeks I am really going to ramp up my workouts. Trying to get in at least an hour a day.
Fuck it I’ll use starting weight. 200 on Dec 10th 193 on the 24th goal 175-170. Wife doesn’t want me under 175 she thinks I’ll look too skinny.
I also Peloton, though much less intensely than most of you guys in that thread (you in particular) do. Really just starting it back up.
