bought a used 3DS XL for $130 to get my Zelda fix: Ocarina of Time 3D, Majora's Mask (never played), A Link Between Worlds (never played)
Got the swtich , really is an incredible system. Family is already mad I won't let them win in Mario Kart or Mario Party .
Gotten to play it once. Friend got out to a 3-0 and then 4-1 lead on stars. He came in second. There's no telling where the fuck those random stars at the end are gonna go.
I won 9/10 mini games last night and almost lost to my wife (who won 0) but stole a star from me and benefited from the end of game “bonuses”
I’m sure they already realized that when their cuck of a husband and father waited nearly two years to get a Switch
Just beat Ganon on Master, probably about 80% of the game complete. Gonna go back and 100% on Normal, things are a bit too spongy and tedious in the endgame on MM.
Well, to give you a clue of what you were in for... Spoiler The last floor is eight bokoblins on horseback, a Guardian tracker, and a silver-maned Lynel. Yeah.
The key with Lynels is identifying the attack style they’ll use quickly. There are a few variations based on level, and if you expect one pattern and get surprised by another, it can cost you dearly.
Switch Online’s NES classics app now has titles and descriptions for 22 Super Nintendo games buried in its code, according to dataminers who have looked at the program. That’s a welcome glimmer of hope for anyone hoping to play Super Mario World on their Switch, but it doesn’t necessarily mean those games will show up any time soon. Over the weekend, a hacker by the handle of KapuccinoHeck—who, last year, hacked the program to inject more game ROMs into the app—posted his findings from examining the latest update. Formatted the same way as the NES games’ titles and descriptions is a batch of information for 22 Super NES games, much of it in Japanese but some in English. The games named in the program’s code: Breath Of Fire II Contra 3: The Alien Wars Demon’s Crest F-Zero Kirby’s Dream Course Kirby’s Dream Land 3 Kirby Super Star The Legend of the Mystical Ninja The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Pilotwings Pop’n Twinbee Star Fox Star Fox 2 Stunt Race FX Super Ghouls ‘n Ghosts Super Mario All-Stars Super Mario Kart Super Mario World Super Mario World 2: Yoshi’s Island Super Metroid Super Punch-Out!! Super Soccer “We have nothing to announce on this topic,” read a statement emailed from Nintendo to Kotaku on Monday. Last year, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime told Kotaku that “as the consumer looks forward to engaging with our classic content, that is going to happen more and more with the subscription service.” https://kotaku.com/super-nintendo-game-names-are-buried-in-the-switch-onli-1831748157/amp
I'm not very good at it either but then again I thought the point was just to mash buttons and hope for the best. I'm not good.
Rakuten doing 15% off with SAVE15 if you hurry you can get a switch for under $300 I added one to cart for ~$265 total
Smash Bros is incredibly fun but MAN do you have to fight a whole lot of spirits in order to reach a new fighter.
spirit route is such a bad route for new fighters. if you're going to do that i'd suggest exiting to main menu every 10 minutes so that a new challenger will approach to fight, then go back into spirit mode for another 10 and repeat.
What other choice is there? The spirit board? Honestly the game is so robust I'm not sure where to spend my time but I just want to get more fighters. Kirby is my jam right now tho. Love that dude.
Just fight 1v1 against the cpu with 1 stock...Ganondorf is really easy because you can knock them out in 3 hits...after about every 3rd/4th fight a new challenger will approach. Infinitely faster than spirit mode.
