Oh Shit, I was wrong there was a thread....but a finals deserves its own thread https://www.the-mainboard.com/index.php?threads/2017-18-carabao-cup.170193/page-2#post-12696886
How many Man City red cards in the first minute would Burton Albion need in the return leg to pull out the aggregate victory?
No idea why some managers take this so seriously, besides Tottenham because they never win anything. Jose took it incredibly seriously because he was a clown and thought it meant something.
Because not every team can compete in the league/Europe. I'd give a lot for Newcastle to play in just about any cup final
Mostly directed towards Jose always playing his starters and some shade towards Spurs as well. Believe I also had a few beers and some zquil when I made that post.
Fair enough. I get what you mean from the bigger clubs as the reward for winning isn't really what they're aiming for, but wanted to give my being a fan of a premier league team that's ran like it's in league 1
Oh god, when you thought white boy hair couldn't get any worse than David Luiz, his replacement if he has to go off is a white boy with dreads?
Do post a video when you find it. The body positioning of the two made that hard to comprehend that Alderweireld couldn't have fouled him. That sentence is weird but I am saying I agree with you.
So in this 2 legged tie Tottenham had a goal given to them using VAR that was proven to be the incorrect decision at wembley and then VAR was not used for a clear penalty that the ref missed? I’m a big fan of introducing VAR in the premier league but they have to actually use it.
I hate when Team A gets an injured player down, Team B has the ball in their own half aka not on the attack, and they proceed to attack. Completely unsporting, I don't care "they have every right to continue." Fuck dirty tactics. And I say this knowing Tottenham have no doubt been guilty of the same at some point.
Giroud has been a big let down in regulation. I'm certainly jinxing an excellent penalty from him in a minute but yeah.
