Commercial fishing. Going to try to keep it keto out there but I'm not positive how that'll shake out with limited supplies.
Just dominated a set of stairs for 45 minutes. Was worried about my ketones earlier today but massive Keto breath nailed me about half way through.
I've eaten a variation of Egg roll in a bowl/Crackslaw for the past four nights. Still not tired of it - might do it again tomorrow. Just blows my mind that I'm eating maybe 1600 calories a day and am never hungry.
At a place in Houston called Ruggles Black. Semi upscale paleo/keto restaurant. Took pics of the menu. Wild.
Not too crispy. Next time I’ll cook it a little longer. I took it out at 15 minutes. May leave it in 20 next time.
I was thinking that flipping it after it cools might help. Then cook it with sauce and toppings after on the other side to get some browning all around.
I found a decent white BBQ sauce at the store a couple days ago. Only 1 carb per serving and 0 sugar. It's a vinegar based sauce as you could probably imagine. https://www.lilliesq.com/shop/sauces/ivory/
Bought this same sauce. It's pretty good. Was alright on wings, think it would be better on a BBQ chicken or ribs Putting it on same ribs tomorrow devine
They were good. Ended up baking them in the oven cause they were taking forever. Would prob do thighs next time
Lol mine just looked like your standard chicken breast with hot sauce. Looked a little more appealing than normal tho since I had them on a skillet first
Just slather some sriracha mayo on those ribs. I’m sure I posted it but this was the best sauce I could find here in town.
Day 3 of Keto. Trending positive. After initially contemplating suicide by Oreos and pizza I’ve found that finding/trying other Keto recipes has been helpful and encouraging. This after previously feeling like I had a dirth of options outside of eggs, meat sticks, and spinach. That quarter to half Quest bar after supper for a snack saved us fam, was just enough for my sweet tooth to give me hope. I’m 6’1 215 right now and earlier in the fall was around 205 (actually close to HS weight of 200 but I am not near as lean) and was able to run more at that time. We also had our second child and time has been limited. I’m eventually hoping to get in the low 190s with this. It’s really shocking how much I snacked in the evening and how those calories accumulated, looking back.
Nice. I am down around 7 in 12 days. But I have weighed the exact same to the ounce over the last 3 days....which seems pretty hard to do.
