I really dont like how they went out of their way to say Eddy's dad and parenting style WASNT what drove him to suicide, yet still made strong hints at it. That felt shitty to me.

I also saw they're making this into a feature film.

When they first showed his dad I laughed my ass off and couldn’t help but think of the old man with a boner from Road Trip

Felt bad for him after because you know he had to have felt responsible. And he hinted at it... he definitely beat Eddy. I don’t think it was ALL his parenting. Little column A and little column B on nature Vs nurture there :twocents:

If I were adopted and Jewish and grew up within 50 miles of NYC in that time period I’d be going crazy thinking about this movie

Saw that the production company for 3IS is the same one that did The Imposter. Makes sense and sorta similar. Also did a movie called Americans animals. Anyone seen this? Looks like it could be good

Came across this one on my Amazon. Given the fact that the second rally was extremely lackluster. It's interesting to look back on what happened in Charlottesville and the different layers to the situation.

    Intent To Destroy

Incredible stuff. It follows the production of a movie (flopped) about the Armenian Genocide and the effort by the Turkish government to quash any conversation that it happened. I knew Turkey has denied it but the level that they go to maintain their denial is absurd.

There's a CSNY doc on amazon... came away liking all of them a lot less. I also found it funny that Nash came from The Hollies, but wasn't even a part of their best song , Long Cool Woman, as he left the band before they recorded that song.

The guy who wrote it left the Hollies because he was jealous of Nash's success, but scurried the fuck back when Long Cool Woman became a hit.

No doubt. I've always been on the fence about deleting my facebook (Especially after downloading the data file they have on me). But this documentary just proves over and over again how full of shit the majority of them are.

Also, Naomi Gleit is a complete twat.

My first bit of fake news was back in 2009/10ish. When this dude from my HS shared a "FREE OBAMA GAS" link. He wasn't the brightest individual in HS and we got into in the comment section.

anybody watching The Innocent One on netflix? After two episodes I'm convinced they'll never figure out which of these retards actually did it because they find themselves inundated with about a dozen incompetent dicks who can't help but shit/incriminate themselves. Or, to say it more simply, it's set in Oklahoma.

Unlike other true crime pieces, I couldn't care less who they put to death just get rid of some of them. Is it ok to be pro death penalty in some states and not in the majority of them?

Still not sure why I love that documentary so much, but it remains one of my favs.

Now I want to watch a music doc, it's either that again, or the Michael Jackson one.

ETA: It's Oasis, I started "This Is It" but no. Not right now.
