Miami has had two high-profile transfer quarterbacks on campus over the past 72 hours: Alabama's Jalen Hurts and Ohio State's Tate Martell.

After checking in with a number of sources InsideTheU is under the impression that the Hurricanes feel as if they have a better chance of landing Martell than they do Hurts. That aligns with Jeff Erman of InsideMDSports.com's latest report that Hurts will pick between Oklahoma and Maryland.

Martell, who is also considering both West Virginia and Louisville, arrived in Coral Gables late Monday and spent much of Tuesday around Manny Diaz and new offensive coordinator Dan Enos. Heading into the visit those close to the former Top100 recruit and Elite 11 Finalist viewed the Hurricanes as the likely landing spot for the dual-threat talent. That's still the case although it should be noted that Martell is scheduled to visit Louisville on Wednesday before making any type of decision. He was at West Virginia on Sunday.
