Uh yeah I was weird today. My girlfriend had a crazy panic attack about our friend that recently died and I’m stressed at work. So yeah.. I don’t know what else to say. I’m trying to console her right now. I know I’m annoying but times have been intense lately. I hope you all still want to be my friend.

Just had this little moment while I was serving at church. Muffin: The internet isn’t working. Me: Try unplugging it and restarting it. Her: I unplugged it and nothing happened. Me: The power cord? Her: Which one is that. Me: The one to the wall. Her: Yeah. But nothing is hooked up to it. Please tell me. It’s cold outside Me: Why are you outside. Her: I’m looking right at the cord. Me: Sweetums. That’s the charging cord to your sons power wheel tractor. The modem is inside on the counter. Her: Whatever, Bye.
Not my wife, but my neighbor’s wife. Michigan is having the worst weather of the last decade. Constant snow, sub-zero temps, etc. Gotta keep on your shoveling game otherwise it’s a huge mess. The neighbors never shovel and their driveway is predictably a mess. I was outside shoveling and saw their car stuck. Went over the help, dig it out some, tried to get some of the snow out from under it. We decided to try to push it out of the driveway, seeing as we moved some snow out of the way. She gets in and me and her husband start pushing and her mid-sized SUV isn’t budging. She rolls down the window and asks “Should I still be in neutral?”
Not sure this counts as dumbshit because these guys were really good conmen but my girlfriend just about got scammed badly today. She got a call in the morning from someone claiming to be a member of a dea task force and was in a room with a members of the FBI and homeland security. They told her that a car in her name had been discovered with 2 kilos of cocaine which had lead them to monitor her movements for the last month's. They had evidence of her transferring drug money between 10 boa accounts in Houston, Midland/Odessa, SLC, Phoenix and el paso. Which are all places we have traveled in the last couple months. At first she thought maybe it was a trick but when they had all the locations and new her bank she started to get scared. They told her that it was most likely a matter of identity theft but they were going to need to freeze her accounts. That if she would pull her money out and transfer it to the "Attorney General," after they verified that it was Id theft it would be returned to her. But once those accounts were frozen she would lose her money forever. She told them she wanted to call me and they got extremely angry. They said that they had already tapped her cell phone and had been granted access to her social media and that anyone she attempted to contact would be charged as well. My girl is a molecular biologist and doesn't do conflict so she panics and goes to the bank. Luckily while she was driving they slipped up on knowing the area code where they were supposed to be. When she got to the bank she told a manager what was happening and he told her to hang up. She finally called me at that point in tears. I'm ready to hunt some fuckers down. So angry. Now she just keeps coming up with new reasons why she should have known and she should have. But they were really good. Tried to file a police report and the cops said to send an email to the state AG. Smh.
Only thing we could think of is social media or some sort of iPhone position leak. Her public FB doesn't show anything. She killed her Instagram today but doesn't tag locations in it.
I’ve been sick the past few days but prepping for a big client meeting this morning. Have been surviving at work with DayQuil pills so my wife offered to grab me some while I was making breakfast. She put them in my hand while I was whisking eggs and not paying attention. Right before I popped them in my mouth I took a glance and saw they were green...aka NyQuil. We put an offer on what would be our first house last night and she’s already trying to get that life insurance money to pay it off.... clever girl.
We just drove home in two separate cars. My car was first. My wife tried to decapitate me by closing the garage door as I was pulling in.
Some of our neighbors didn’t know who big boi from OutKast is. Wife says he’s the bad one in OutKast.

At&t and tmobile have loose rules about who can and can't buy location info. That's why someone could be in Dallas for example and get robo calls from Dallas area codes but then travel to Chicago for a few days and get them from Chicago area codes.
Not stupid but when my girlfriend gets back she wants to be engaged before she moves in. She said she’d get an apartment in the meantime. I don’t want that. She knows I plan to do it and she’ll say yes. I don’t know what kind of ring to get.
Sometimes you have to live by the seat of your belt. I’ve known her forever and I think we’re right for each other. Not to be cheesy but she is my best friend.
