To me Joe Burrow is kind of like a Jake Coker type player. He's not a terrible player. He can be pretty good at managing a game, he's tough and runs surprisingly well being a goofy looking white guy but he'll struggle against elite defenses. Got a weak arm but I like his toughness. Definitely better than what LSU has had in the past few years
Joe signed the ball in my avatar in high school. After next years nati, it should be worth tens of dollars.
I'm bored so I'll play along. As a nerd, I love seeing where someone draws the line on their sample size. Is "Top 30" a normal comparison group, or did he pull have to capture that to make sure it included LSU's game against Florida, where Burrow was sacked 5 times? Enough nerding. At any rate, I think that is where Franks may hold some advantage. Burrow takes way too many sacks. That is partly due to our Oline sucking last year and partly because Joe held the ball too long. Still Team QB Joe.
Urban gave him that look that you give your buddy who is trying to act like he knows what he’s talking about with football and keeps throwing out shit that isn’t true and you’re giving him that polite nod to preserve peace.
It's too bad they work for the same network now. There are any number of more entertaining ways he could have answered it if he wasn't trying to avoid embarrassing Cowherd.
He wasn't this bad on ESPN. He's just extremely predictable with his old man takes now. I found it funny when RR & Simmons called him out on his predictability during a live interview w/ an audience.
he once called UVA fans a bunch soft of zima drinking losers. i lost all respect for a guy that could slander zima like that.
