Somehow I’m not in ketosis anymore even though I haven’t cheated at all and have been stickingcose to my macros.
My pee has been electric green for like a week and I probably drink 120oz of water a day. The cramping is real though. Ketoaide is pretty gross but I will chug that shit if it means I don't have to drink anymore pickle juice.
I really only do the ones with caffeine. Need to pump up the electrolytes. Tropical fusion is wonderful mixed with La Croix Pure.
Riboflavin is vitamin B2 and makes your pee very fluorescent. It’s usually in a multivitamin so if you’re taking one you’re probably getting some b2

there are cleaner types of keto diets w more monounsaturated fats and lower sodium, lower cholesterol. they just don't taste as good as dirty keto its sort of the direction i'm trying to go lately. cut down on the cheese and salame, and eat more olives, eggs and avocados. it's difficult tho.
i've been making egg scrambles for dinner every week and it's been delightful half a shallot, half a pepper (green, yellow, red, it doesn't matter), 4 eggs, 2 slices of cheese torn up, spinach, bacon, and some lamb leg that i cooked on sunday. i serve with a side of broccoli or asparagus or green beans and it's just delightful.

Boston Market is a great lunch option. 1/2 chicken dark w/ a side salad and creamed spinach for ten bucks.
IDK why people think keto can’t be healthy. I eat more vegetables and good fats on this than I ever have. I also eat a lot less fast foods. Before if I was running late I’d grab a pizza or something quick for the family now I make sure I know what’s we are cooking for dinner in advance.
Exactly one month into Keto and i've lost 15 pounds. Now weigh 202 down from 217. My goal weight is 195 so i'm not in any hurry to stray any time soon. Thanks to this thread for making it much much easier with great recipes and advice. Gracias hombres.
Yeah, most food is healthy, in general. There is some crap (like the stuffed jalapenos), but 80% of what I make is veg, meat, or eggs.
