Who said it had to be a superstar? I'm talking about anyone even remotely noteworthy. It hasn't happened. Maybe Panarin will sign in FLA, I have no clue. I was simply curious as to what would lead Panthers fan to be optimistic
Yandle was a soon to be UFA whose rights we traded for and then signed right before July 1st. He has to count. Bure was holding out and forced a trade to the Panthers. He didn’t leave as a UFA, we traded him to the rangers because the owner was broke and couldn’t afford him. But keep going with your nonsense.
I'm not sure how it's nonsense when the only examples you were able to give weren't even FA. You had to give up assets to acquire both players. The list Zeb posted paints another picture. I suppose Yandle resigning is something
I have no idea what to expect from this deadline. Ottawa holds so many of the cards. If they deal their pending FA it’s going to saturate the market in a big way.
Acquiring the negotiating rights to a FA happens every year. If yandle didn’t want to be here, all he had to do was wait a week and sign somewhere else.
Blues are on fire. A month ago I was hoping they'd lose enough to get a top 3 pick. They were in last place
That fight was pretty bad. Mostly a wrestling match. Barely any punches landed until the end. And even then they weren’t hard
Crosby is such a classy player, what most fans don’t understand is how easy it is to take a cheap shot for the top players, they just don’t do it because they do not even think about it
What? You don’t understand? Guys with great vision could easily easily take out other players, but they are not interested in doing that stuff. But I could see how Crosby is not really classy...I am bias
