    Am I allowed to throw a Saban joke in the basketball thread..?

    We have gone through some really bad coaches over the years, so he can yell and scream all he wants. I forget the circumstances against USL, but I just remember thinking he was being more reactionary to what the other coach had done/was doing. The other coach had to be physically restrained, from what I can remember.

    But I totally get how other folks wouldn't like him.

    We have had some really bad coaches since Dale Brown. Our Final Four year was due to some great genetics coming out of Baton Rouge at the time. You had Big Baby, Lazare, Tas Mitchell, Garrett Temple and Tyrus Thomas all from BR on that team.

    Before every game: "Ok, there is a path for South Carolina to make the NCAA if they don't lose any more games."

    After a loss: "Ok, for real this time, the path is still there but they absolutely cannot lose any more games."
