Saw it with the wife tonight. With most, enjoyed it bit thought it was a bit disjointed. Loved Fury and Head Skrull. Enjoyed her blasting Jude Law while he was monologing. Brie Larson has to be upset though that she can look so good for 2+ hours only to have 30 seconds of Cap () completely upstage her
Was so proud of Mrs. Celemo for remembering Korath & Ronan from GOTG and calling out the Kree Star Force for being the bad guys before the movie reveal
Saw it again yesterday and liked it more the second time. My main issues remain, but most of the other stuff didn't bother me as much and I enjoyed it more. For example, I thought the music wasn't as bad as I remembered from the first time. It was really just the Nirvana song out of nowhere. Also thought the dialogue and comedy landed a bit more than I remembered. The .last 5-7 minutes of putting everyone in place for the future of the MCU and filling in little plot holes kind of made me cringe, though. If they really wanted all that stuff in there, I wish they could have done that with a little more tact.
In a 10 minute stretch at the end... - Goose scratched Fury in the eye for that back story - Fury said "Marvel" in a convo with Carol - Carol give Fury the 2-way to set up IW - Fury sees "Avenger" on the plane and types up his first "Avenger Initiative" One or two of those things would have been fine. All of them together in such a short period of time was a little much for me.
I watched IW again last night and the battle in Wakanda is just spectacular. One of my favorite movie scenes ever.
I know they were foreshadowing but Carol's call sign being "Avenger" and Rambeau's call sign "Photon" was kinda dumb what wasn't dumb was Stan Lee rehearsing his Mallrats lines on the train

It’s brilliant. But my favorite part is the few seconds of the axe rising and Thor’s fingers moving before it cuts away. Especially when you know what’s about to happen. Just brilliant pacing and editing.
My second favorite scene is Cap catching the spear and then stepping out of the shadows. The entire theater erupted for that scene and the Thor arrival scene.
My favorite Cap moment from IW was him and BP sprinting ahead of everyone in Wakanda when they opened the dome
