Well that second yellow decision certainly had an impact on the rest of the match. Tough look going into the second leg. Hopefully Chelsea fucks up so that the Gunners won't be lonely in their suffering and/or have a glimpse of happiness on an otherwise frustrating day.
SugarShaun it looks like you maybe the last row or so but still amazing seats or your phone camera is superb
I have an old iPhone (think it’s 6 plus) but seats are great (also the most comfortable seats I’ve ever had at a stadium)
Upcoming suspension for Iwobi, ref didn't see that one. Gg England squads, 6/6 into the next round of European competition.
Arsenal-Napoli Valencia-Villareal Chelsea-Slava Prague Benfica-Eintracht Frankfurt 1v2 & 3v4 in the semis. congrats to our Chelsea posters.
That’s as good as possible for us. We bottled it if we don’t make the final. Looks like that’s our best path for qualification now. I posted this in the Chelsea thread also but it would be an absolute spectacle if Chelsea and Arsenal finish 5th and 6th and both make the Europa league final.
That's what I was thinking about when I asked the question. They also won Europa somewhere in there and I confused that for the year you finished 4th. I was just thinking of Arsenal/Chelsea finishing 4th and the other outside top 4. Premise being that the winner of Europa could not only win and qualify for UCL, but also bump the team who qualified for UCL back to Europa.
Played like 100 matches that year with CL group, Club World Cup, and Europa knockout in addition to the regular ones. Think we were the only club to hold both trophies at once (for like 2 weeks).
I chose the Chelsea/Slaves of Prague match. Pretty muted performance, Sarri has had to use all three subs to add Hazard, Kante, and Loftus-Cheek to inject something.
Arsenal/Napoli has been highly entertaining. 2-0 Arsenal. However, Napoli should have 2 and Arsenal could easily have 4-6.
Kepa has had two quality saves in this second half. Attempts on target to this point: Slavia 3, Chelsea 1. Pathetic.
