You can respond with all the videos later if it's easier, I know it'll take you a while to find video clips of something that didn't happen
Avenetti was stupid trying to blackmail Nike with Pac 10 schools. They're happy to let them burn as long as its not Duke, UNC, Kentucky.
i would understand arizona keeping sean miller in light of all these accusations if he was good. but the fact that they havent parted ways with such a shitty coach is mind-boggling
i really want to get a second swing on guys like green and nnaji in this class but i do enjoy how shitty they are every year
i remember our homeboard saying they wanted him as roy's replacement you can't trust a dude this sweaty it is just foolish
It's absolutely hilarious that he went into Boies Schiller's office and threatened their client without considering he might be on tape. We're talking about the law firm whose modus operandi is essentially blackmail.
This guy was never smart or a good lawyer. He gained fame because extorted the president who fucked a porn star. It's not like he gained fame pulling a Houdini act for a high profile client. He's a mediocre lawyer who got lucky that the right person walked in his door.
I always hate to weigh in on whether somebody is a "good" lawyer because it's so subjective and difficult to measure. He's an egomaniac and obviously a shyster, but he had a pretty solid track record of results in big cases before Stormy Daniels put him in the national spotlight. I think it's more a matter of him flying too close to the sun than anything.
I don't even know if Phil Knight has twitter but he should just make the @NIKE account tweet "If you come at the king you best not miss"

So true. Another thing. Look at his alleged 'partner in crime' Mark Gerragos, from all accounts, a first rate attorney. One is indicted, another isn't. Tells me all I need to know. One flew too close to the sun, indeed.
