This is the WOAT CFA as far as service time. Did a mobile order before I even got here and it still took 10 minutes to get my food.
This thread and the NFL Mock Draft thread have enough drama to sustain me through dark times. Thank you for your service.
Moore is going to mail CFA a strongly worded letter demanding he be reimbursed *checks notes* four dollars and forty five cents.
I'll probably just handle it the next time I go there to eat. But I didn't eat the strips, because strips are trash, so yeah I'll definitely still get them to refund me for it.
Honestly demanding a full refund is in poor taste unless you are just planning on never returning or just never received anything.
I did pay for the food I got. I didn't eat all of what was given to me. And the food I didn't eat is the food I didn't order. And it's the only part of the order I asked to have refunded.
They’ll probably replace what you missed and something extra, which would be a win win. You’ll get more value if you just let them take care of it their way unless they are just run by idiots.
I agree. At the time I didn't feel the need to have them do anything extra, because I didn't have any hard feelings about it. I just didn't want to pay for the food I didn't eat and didn't order. I feel like that shouldn't be considered unreasonable.
Truthfully, I'd planned on going there today and getting food. But then I got on the couch and lazy, and decided to have a really stupid argument (even for my standards) on the internet instead.
You claim you paid for something you didnt get. That's fair. But if that's the case, you got something you didnt pay for. You didnt pay for strips and nuggets.
Here we have a grown man that is such a picky eater that he can't handle chicken strips in place of chicken nuggets.
I’m assuming that the nuggets are made from chopped up breasts, of which the tenderloin (strip) is a part. But what do I know, I’m just a goddamned professional chef.
I don't really follow the point you're trying to make. I was intending to pay for nuggets and gave them money for that. Instead I got strips.
This is one point I won't argue. I've hated their strips since I was a kid and will not eat them. They're disgusting to me.
No, I did pay for them. The issue is that I didn't order them and didn't want them. So I want them to give me that money back.
I'm already mad at CFA for the beyond excellent customer service they're going to provide this guy that will make him feel justified in his actions.
