IIRC when Tiger won at Pebble in 2000 the narrative was how poor the field was and not the fact he won the US Open by 15 fucking strokes.
Ernie Els would have dominated if he played in any other era. If it weren't for Tiger, he would have several more wins with 2-3 being majors.
Lol at that Sergio statement to Bones. "I'm taking responsibility for my mistake... but he could have conceded the next hole."
Going to play Sweetens Cove 2 or 3 times today. Of course it was 77 3 days ago and now its 40 degrees but oh well. http://www.friedegg.co/golf-courses/sweetens-cove-golf-club-review

Apparently were under water for 20 days last month or 2 ago. It was definitely muddy in the low spots but the greens were good and overall OK shape.
mine was 1992 and was my first full yr living in Augusta. Fred Couples seemed like peak coolness back then. Still think thats my favorite patron badge over my lifetime too.
Played there last weekend and bill was hanging out at the bar after our round just being himself. Will be interesting to see what they shoot. The members are pretty proud of the place and the guys I played with scoffed at any chance they would shoot under par.
I really need a putting lesson. Developed a bad habit of going slightly outside on my backstroke, which is causing me to cut across the ball trying to get back to square
I was real close to getting one but I’ve played twice in 8 months now. Newborns aren’t great for the golf game but I’m glad I didn’t do it when I’d just lose it all. Playing Friday out at squire creek and had to convince my cousin I can’t play to my hcp and that we don’t want to get involved in much of a cash game (unless the strokes are right.) Heard the greens out there are tough.
“Injured wrist” Many think he used the injury rule just to take time to get his game together while still keeping his card.
