Yeah it’s only 4% that’s kinda what I am worried about. But, it is only 3 grabs of carbs but 95 calories. It’s less than 20 carbs and 600 calories for the 6 pack so not horrible but if it doesn’t do anything it’s still empty carbs and calories. 4 fingers on bourbon and I am good usually. We will see.

Wallcoq it taste like the best beer in the world. Mind you I haven’t had a beer in four months. But, honestly it taste like a light ipa you taste the hops but it’s crisp. I won’t be getting drunk ( I don’t think) off of these but I will enjoy them. I’ve never liked bus or Miller light so this is better. I might buy some ultras but everyone tells me they are like regular low carb American macro lagers. At 10-12 a six pack I probably won’t buy these that often but they are a nice change of pace from bourbon.

I don’t know where you are but look for something called Slightly Mighty by dogfish head it’s also keto friendly. The brits are coming out with some that’s like 1 gram and 5% it supposed to come out sometime this month. I’ll look it up I don’t remember the name right now
Wallcoq decided to add half (or a little bit less than) a shot of my cheap bourbon to each beer. Makes a world of difference.
The reason I am in this thread is because I’m well versed in how much better I can be doing. My preference is IPA but I’ll drink cheap session brews as well. Been on Mick ultras, more so because of the carbs. That said I cut out my favorite, bourbon/whiskey/scotch. I’m also full after two as well, but satisfies the itch considering how long I went without beer.
Managed to get through an entire day at the pool without drinking a beer or eating carbs. Now at a laser tag birthday party with pizza everywhere. Had to just walk out of the room.

Reddit is one. There are literally thousands of resources. You honestly maybe need one hour and to save a few charts. Learn how to count net carbs and which vegetables to eat or not. Stay hydrated, never trust a fart and you honestly take it from there. That’s baseline. From there you can test your piss, blood look into supplements, etc...... at the core it’s very simple.
There is no go to resource to get started. Just read about what you should and should not eat. Read about how to get rid of Keto flu once you start. There are a million articles and recipes.
Reddit has p much everything you need You can also scour the thread for hipsterjoe posts bc he was very informative

So I had an avocado, 4 ounces of Gouda cheese, and 8 ounces of boars head ever roast chicken for lunch, and the nice thing is I’m full.

My poops slide right out like a starting to melt popsicle when you squeeze the plastic sleeve, but I can't say I've been anywhere close to shitting my pants while doing this. I don't think the urgency or frequency has changed, just some very lubricated poopings at pretty regular intervals. I also fart whenever I feel the urge. No ragrets.
