Just came to post this. FX rarely misses, this is awesome.

I mean, I get he's trying to get in front of as many screens as possible, and Freaky Friday was entertaining...just not what I'd hope for collaborations.

 

I love me some Beibs so I'm cool, it also hints that e may have more big names under his sleeve for the next album

 

I admit to not striking out with the intention of listening to more of his recent stuff but you lost me here.

 

Purpose is actually a good album. I was a hater before that.

My problem is that it's probably going to result in verses like Freaky Friday...which were entertaining, but not necessarily good. It's not a coincidence that his best verse in a while is on a track with a dude like Game.

 

The dichotomy between wanting to make songs to impress hip hop head dudes like you and make money/get chicks would prob make a decent LD song topic

 

I don't think you can hold out much hope for Lil Dicky being Lupe Fiasco or something though

 

I mean, he's said himself in verses that it's something he struggles with...making funny shit that sells and he has fun making vs really good lyrical tracks like what he enjoys listening to.

 

What if there was a LD/Eminem song

 

I mean, that's the dream. Generally speaking, MCs always give their best effort when they're on a track with someone of equal skill.

A Beiber track will probably result in something catchy. I still don't skip Freaky Friday when it comes on in the car...it's just not my choice, if I were picking.
