its crazy just how bad the bullpen is, the royals are a damn good hitting team and scoring more than enough runs.

    Useless:

    Bullpen
    Gore
    Modesi’s bat outside of Kauffman

    Useful:

    Gordo
    Dozier’s exit velo
    Ned Yost in a brawl

Ned Yost can’t even hang out in a tree stand and kill innocent and unsuspecting animals without getting hurt

You forgot Owings, the most useless one of all. He is Bloomquist 2.0

And where was T-Mobile and sprint at when he was dying? I'll tell you where they were, they were gobbling up the piles of cash that MLB and the Royals gave them. That's where.

Probably 1 or 2 more starts and then its time to get him to High-A Wilmington along with the rest of our good prospects. That team is loaded.

I'm here for my fresh plate of crow.

Never thought he would hit this well. He obviously won't keep this pace up but he's showing signs of being a key piece of the rebuild moving forward.

    Small sample size.

He will be a fine, average mlb player IMO but he isn't Josh Donaldson 2.0.

That said, I'd love to be wrong about it.

I fucking love that from Whit. Why more big leaguers don’t do that blows my mind because it works like half the time. I’m not sure if Mondi tagged him though.

okay so they can’t send Gutierrez down when Duda is healthy. he’s done nothing but hit and play solid D since getting called up. Dozier is leading the AL in hitting, and O’hearn is hitting the ball hard but he’s having some bad luck with BABIP. One of Duda or Owings has to go but what do you think Moore does when Duda is healthy?

This team is definitely better than their record indicates, that's for sure. Some correction is due in the W-L column. The pitching will always suck this year but the offense is pretty intriguing moving forward.

Very true. But they won't go back to being horrific like last year. I'm thinking middle of the road in terms of runs. Dozier and Gordo will come back down to Earth but I think Mondesi, Whit and Soler will maintain a certain level of what they're doing. Dozier's power is legit and he looks like a 25+ HR hitter. If only we could outright cut Owings and Hamilton, that would be nice. They have a combined OPS+ of 75. That's horrific.
