The outbreak from a week or so ago has been updated here. 69 (nice) tornadoes thus far. This link will be updated through the season: https://www.ustornadoes.com/2019/02/28/the-biggest-tornado-events-of-2019/

Not really sure. I haven't looked at it really at all beyond the SPC outlooks. I do know there is concern about morning stuff throwing a wrench in things. Or at least reinforcing the front and shunting the best chance south
That was one of the most surreal experiences of my life. I left Tuscaloosa at around 10am and headed southwest towards the MS/AL line and eventually intercepted the cell as it moved into Tuscaloosa county. I went up on a hill on the south side of town and watched it go right through the heart of town. My apartments were on the north edge of the damage path but were okay aside from some broken windows and minor roof damage.
Yep, I'm here. Shift starts at noon. If anyone is interested, you can read what we do as we test things in real-time "operations" today: https://blog.nssl.noaa.gov/ewp/

Watched The Innocent Man on Netflix the other day My great grandmother lived in Ada/Coalgate and had a farm on the Muddy Boggy Creek so I used to go there a bunch when I was young.
What an interesting day today. Still so much uncertainty. Things will likely be messy, but there are some signals for some pretty significant severe weather. We shall see
It seems that the forecasters here in Dallas are nervous to predict severe weather. They are slow playing it and mentioning that there "could be" storms which "Could" be severe. However no one is really predicting anything other than some rain.
That pup's long range track is right at me. Won't hold together, but at least being at work I can get my car in a garage
Funnel passing maybe 15 miles to my south, police reported it touched down earlier and the spotter is right on it now
Spotter for News on 6 just showed trucks driving directly into a tornado that was crossing the highway
Didn’t know you worked for the NOAA in Norman - as a weather nerd since I was about 5 or 6, that’s pretty fucking cool
