Pumping in gas at 96 high. I'm lovin me some Luke despite last night. Luke, Newk and Webb is a pretty decent trio to go to late all things considered where we stand today. Survive until the draft, get Kimbrel then and maybe we find some stability.
Feel like we need to get Markakis a day off soon. I don't know his numbers of late but it feels like he's slowing down at the plate. He's gotta rest at some point. Him not taking days off last year really hurt us the second half. Upon further review Kakes is 0 for his last 15 and just 1 for his last 19. Damn we got some guys struggling when you look at the numbers for Kakes, Flowers and Inciarte alone.

Last night hopefully will be that game when things change. Got a great start from Teheran, the pen did well, and we did just enough against tough pitching. Good win. With one in the books already, we really need a split at worst against AZ and finish this trip at .500.

Yeah, would really like Gausman to not throw like ass tonight. And would be so pumped if we could trade Ender for some sort of quality reliever. Think the Braves realize they can't keep Riley down much longer at this rate. His bat is worth him bumbling around LF for awhile.
I don't see how Ender has much value. On top of having a career worst effort at the plate he's also nothing special by virtually any defensive metrics. I don't think he's got much value unless someone is paired with him
