this is like Andy taking money out of the bank and asking the clerk "Have you ever seen so much money?!" and she goes "I just handed it to you sir"
Right? They're black bears fighting each other. The chance of them turning and charging at the cameraman are ultra, ultra slim.
Think I’ve mentioned this before at some point - but one of my friends has a lion and cheetah as house pets.
You may have missed the part where this was filmed in NJ. He may have had guns, but using them when a bear charges at you is probably a first degree felony here in Murphy's Distopia. I'll have to research and get back to you.
Also the cheetah loves getting cold water baths -in case someone thought it was just a big cat getting hosed - they get overheated like crazy. Lions - not so much. Was going to use the phrase domesticated cheetahs and went back and deleted it because it’s sure as hell still a wild animal.
how much exercise can those animals possibly receive? from my research and personal experience, people who keep exotic animals as pets are almost always insane and/or awful people I hope he/she doesn't have kids or dogs/cats
They’re back and forth between Beverly Hills/London/Riyadh. The lion likes being in the house more than in the yard (when they don’t have to hunt to prevent starvation it pretty dramatically changes their day-to-day behavior). The cheetah needs to run daily though - they can definitely not be around other animals in general but his bff is a goat oddly enough. Also I’m certainly not an expert on any level in this field so don’t take any component of my response as actual knowledge - I just have a friend that has them as pets and base my feedback from that.
I wouldn’t disagree with that for the most part - but Oscar for instance is 4th generation within that family - it’s a lot different than a Mike Tyson random purchase because they think it’s cool to own a lion.
