Played there a few times, you can usually get it on GolfNow for like $20. It's outside of Tulsa just a bit in a smaller town so kind of a weird area and has a very laid back feel. Couple of really cool views of downtown Tulsa though. A few weeks as in early June?
Nice. I could possibly make something work that week, depending on when you were leaving I'm off every other Friday, the 7th being an off day
I have completely put my driver away the last two rounds, not even going 3w. Just been hitting 2 and 3 hybrid instead.
Auburn started the final round with an 8 shot lead and has imploded, giving OkSt a 2 shot lead on the back 9. West Virginia having a strong day and is currently sitting 1 shot outside T5 (anyone that is T5 will go to a playoff to get into nationals) devine
Checking in elsewhere: Austin - slight home course advantage for Texas, currently in first place by 23 shots. USC is currently 4 shots outside of 5th place, would be surprising to see them miss NCAAs Athens - looks like Alabama is going to miss out, not a good showing from them
Because even that controlled, smooth action in those days was longer than everyone else. He's a big motherfucker, stronger than most of his contemporaries. The general athleticism on the tour in those days was garbage and with few exceptions, he was longer than most. Phil is an athletic dude, as we've all seen from his batting practice bombs and 60 yard spirals. When the tour got more athletic (the Tiger effect) he busted his ass to stay on top. Gotta respect his hustle.
Any of you have experience with skytrak launch monitors? I am thinking about buying one and setting up a baseball/golf hitting bay and man cave in my shop.
What professional golfers who are currently on tour, have their own private jets? Obviously Tiger and Phil. I'm sure Rory does. Anyone else? I know a lot of them fly private frequently thru NetJets or Jet Linx, etc... But I am curious how many and which guys own one.
Friend of mine was Goosen’s pilot for a few years. He sold the plane 5 plus years ago. Said Gossen was extremely nice. Great guy to work for.
