in a physical competition CT would own them but they've been moving away from those for years. I don't think prime CT could have won or maybe even finished that final. Difference now is people like Theo, Turbo and Ninja are actually athletic. where Cara, Bananas, etc. are just in good shape. Will be interesting to see who shakes out as the top tier competitors over the next few seasons.
Don’t forget probably the last time we saw CT in good shape his body broke down in that battle of the exes final when he pretty much had it in the bag with diem

The final episode, which saw Turabi “Turbo” Camkiran, a two-time Survivor Turkey winner, walk away with the $750,000 grand prize, drew 1.04 million viewers and a 1.0 rating in Live+ same day. That makes it the highest-rated episode of The Challenge since the finale of Rivals IIin 2013 (1.23). Among P18-49, the War of the Worlds full season (0.83) out-performed the prior season Vendettas by +15% (0.72). It also was the highest-rated season of The Challenge in six years (1.02) in the demo, since Rivals II in summer 2013.
Hopefully this is confirmation for the network to continue the same format and drop the bullshit cliffhangers/over-extended seasons.
Pretty tame reunion. Turbo just rises above all the drama. Also why was Lolo Jones there? Did she talk for more than a couple minutes? Just seemed random. Bear is great.

Watched the reunion special today. Not much of note....but, Zach is just such a fucking tool. I don't even know why he goes on those shows anymore....he seems to hate everything about it. Even Leroy was getting pissed at him.

Apparently this season of Are You The One is an all sexually / gender fluid cast. My conservative coworker was bitching about it lol. She’s also in her 50s and watches this show, which is even funnier.
She also said this Facebook Real World has a black gay Christian trump supporter and a Daca person. The trump supporter was giving her a hard time. Then got to know her and changed his stance on immigration/ Daca a bit. I asked her what she felt about that. It was like pulling teeth to get her to admit these immigrants aren’t like Trump described them all as. Real World softening views of idiot conservatives. What a world we live in. As far as I can tell, this lady watches every reality show out there. I’m guessing she will still watch AYTO and hopefully soften up on that as well.
Get rid of a few of these US people quickly and they are stacked, especially if CT and Ninja are joined at a later date as reinforcements

So watched the first ep: -The choice of CT over Turbo is no choice, you always go for Turbo. Turbo just came off one of the great rookie seasons in the history of america's fifth major sport and CT looked super washed. Him going over and leading the young brits and being pissed is best for the game and the show's entertainment value. - The new producers have really done their thing man. The show is edited better, the twists make more sense, 90 minute ep was great. Not being able to be in a tribunal consecutively is a good twist. Switching allegiances is a good twist. I can see Wes or Ashley bailing if the UK team starts winning a few and the feel like they can be top of the totem pole over there as opposed to the US team. Wonder if CT pride would allow him to bail too or if he'll even go into a elimination this season. Wes already been figured out and the US team is weary of his politcs. Like a return to the old school big team format too. -These UK kids are so green and they aren't just going against any challenge cast on the opposite side. There going against the greatest collection of players on one team this game has ever produced. Like CT said so many hall of famers Jordan, Laurel, Turbo, Wes, Bananas, Cara. Great younger players like Cam and Paulie and Tory. It's hard to imagine them every losing a daily but apparently they will at some point based on the trailer and they do have fair share of unathletic players to carry through dailies and their deep personal histories are going to bite them in the butt at some point, but when one of your alabastros is a 2 time champ like Ashley you got a team that's beyond stacked. Georgia too fine and pure for this world if she gonna let a lame Josh talk her outta the drawers. That middle school game he was spitting was painful to watch.
