Way too much JoCo WASPy love in here tonight. Remember, everything good in our great city, lies in Jackson county:
I've ate at the one in Belton. Beyond the fact that I could not wait to leave Belton, the experience was pretty enjoyable.
Inlaws live in Raymore. A good excuse to go golfing. Original plan was Jose Peppers but I didn't want to wait forever to sit.
Has anyone seen any black or turkey vultures around KC before? Was driving today and saw a giant black bird eating roadkill in the middle of the street. It wasnt a blackbird, crow or a hawk. Way too big for one. Stopped a second to take a picture and asshole behind me hit their horn and it took off. This is sort of what it looked like with red facial features.
I turned the corner and it was there blocking the street. Plus it was fucking huge and it had a dead squirrel's head in its mouth. Also Ive never seen a vulture outside of a zoo before.
DirtBall do you have diarrhea or are you talking blue collar, midwestern values, lunch pail, 13k in the stands thunderstorms?
the only thing that is missing from my iv kit is a nice delicious vein to be poked. However, i grabbed the tubing that is 23.3 feet long, so the bags are usually hung near the ceiling.
I’m at 49th and Reinhardt enjoying my tree lined streets, established neighborhood, under 10 minute drives to downtown, Westport, plaza, and of course the one and only Sully’s. These short drives give me plenty of time to sit around my 1950s ranch and judge anyone who lives south of SMP
Realtor.com says 102 properties available in RP with $245k average. Not sure thats accurate. (Also depends which neighborhood)
RP varies widely, depending on where you’re at. Plenty of houses in the 250k range or less over by Mission etc and plenty in the 300k+ range too as you get east toward Fairway and Westwood
not really sure what I’ll be able to afford yet. kinda dependent on what I get for my current house. Will definitely be qualified for a bigger loan since my ex’s car won’t be in my name
