I thought they were black, but they were more of a charcoal. I think the sizing really made them look bad. I will probably try another size and see.
really like my wool allbirds, but not having half sizes makes me wear them less. My left foot appears to be slightly bigger, as when I wear them for a while I feel my toes against the end of the shoe more than I would prefer. I've found myself throwing on other shoes often enough that I wish I could have just gone a half size up.
I usually wear a 11.5 or 12, but I went with an 11 for my Tree Runners since my previous experience with similar shoes was that they stretch. It took 3-4 weeks but they fit perfect now. Glad I didn't go with the 12 like I did with my slip-on Olukai's because they are way too loose on my foot now.
Yep. You pay for what you get and any company that’s willing to accept a sack of trash and refund you is sending out trash to begin with.
I have a fat ass, they’re accommodating. The lulu ones must have changed. I bought some a few years ago and loved them. Now the liners are so fucking tight they roll up and dig into my thighs. Riding a bike is miserable
Norwegian Air is like the Spirit of international travel. But all is well so far. Sitting in the club (thx 2 priority pass) 3 hrs before departure. Buckingham Palace London Double Decker Bus Big Ben (under scaffolding but fuck it, it’s a big clock anyways) River Cruise London Bridge Waitress the Musical All on the docket for tomorrow. So help me tourism gods.
Feel like that's a bad comparison. I've only flown them once but they were perfectly fine. Shit, my flight to London was on a 787 dreamliner which was very solid. I've also only flown Spirit once but it was pretty miserable and I won't be doing that again.
My Airpods battery life has gone to shit. What's anyone else do for true wireless earbuds other than Airpods? They're not worth the price tag as far as I'm concerned.
Unsolicited advice. The Pig and Butcher for Sunday roast if you are still there Dishoom if you like Indian food Gordon's Wine Bar for drinks and a charcuterie board Nopi if you want your mind blown by a savory cheesecake app
I just got one of those cheap chinese buds from Amazon that has the built in battery bank. I use them 3-4 times a week and I've had to charge them once in a month
Picked up a one time used Big Easy oil-less fryer for $10 off of Facebook marketplace. Felt like I had nothing to lose. Right?
I went with these...$30 with the coupon Anbes Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth 5.0 Headphones True Wireless in-Ear Earbuds 18H Playtime Noise Cancelling 3D Stereo Deep Bass with Built-in Mic Volume Control Portable Charging Case
Just crushed dishoom. It was on our list when we planned and literally everyone says to go. We got here at 1030pm after a show and it was still packed. Told an hour wait but waited less than 30. Tried a ton of things. The chicken tikka with cheese naan is one of my favorite things I’ve ever had.
Gotcha, I like the Beats because they sound fine to good, I also find utility in the neckband for quickly pulling them out to talk to someone. But I get where you are going now.
I don’t have business cards, just cards printed on the finest stock with just my name. Sort of a token to give people that were given the opportunity to meet me a.tramp has been trying to get one for the longest time
I work in automotive and spend a good bit of time at our supply base and we regularly participate in the pre-meeting exchange of business card ceremony. My company provides business cards when we hire in and when we change job titles or departments.
have had 3 different jobs (including a tweak to title, so 4 different versions of a biz card) Never given them out or exchanged before, meaning all ~500 are sitting in the original box. I've only taken some out of the original box once....to put inside my travel wallet in case of a pesky immigration agent when travelling internationally, even then haven't had to use em.
Are they a pain to set up? That's one reason we got them because the infant carrier was so easy to set up.
Just stabilizing and leveling was a bit of a hassle rear facing. But we just went forward facing and it was super easy.
I would have wallet PTSD if I posted all the baby shit I’ve bought in the last six months. Kid isn’t even born yet.
Mine just turned 8 months old. I'm happy to report that the wild spending of money only increases after the birth.
Wait until you get to 4 years, school, dance, gymnastics. swim, etc. Car seats do get cheaper though!
And if you go the public school route the switch from daycare to kindergarten at year 5 will give you an awesome “raise!”
My allbird tree runners shipped today. TMB has my expectations pretty high, so I hope I’m not disappointed.
