Set up Batman’s rogue gallery with an overarching villain for the trilogy. Use the Holiday Killer or The Hangman or Hush. This way you can use Batman’s detective skills to solve the who done it mystery.
For a noir/detective story in the first movie, give me a Zsasz as the primary villain with others in the background. An established Arkham seems like a good focal point.

I think it’s pretty well known Zach Levi is an awesome person in real life. While this video doesn’t surprise me, it’s still great. I hope the DCEU revolves around Shazam in the future.
