You just do them in the oven on a stone or steel? I’ve done some sourdough or slow ferment pizza dough before to get better char/bubbling on the crust but never quite as well as you achieved
Having the broiler under my oven in a drawer has dramatically decreased my pizza making. Plus super delicate fire alarms. But you absolutely have to finish under broiler unless you have an elite convection oven.

From Saturday. Ribeye and mushroom risotto with red wine sauce. Risotto went a little too long, but it still taste delicious. I had been sick for about a month, so this was the first real meal I had since the end of feb and it was amazing
First attempt making ramen at home. I added too many noodles and it absorbed all the broth so I'll have to fix that next time but still tastes great

Margherita, a couple pepperoni, broccolini & caramelized onion, but the pièce de résistance was a crawfish pie with a béchamel spiked with nutmeg and cayenne. Exceeded expectations.
trying to get my meal prepping down to a science, so i put together a very detailed weekly baking schedule inspired by the perfect loaf that will net 2 small pizzas, a breakfast item (pancakes, waffles, banana bread, etc), an easy pasta with red sauce, some other entree, and a loaf or two of bread from my sourdough starter this week/end is the first attempt and will be pizza, stuffed bell peppers, pasta, pancakes, and pain de mie so i will be updating accordingly
Was gifted a bread maker a while back and for basic Pullman loaf style bread it's great. Makes grilled cheese and tomato soup dinner cunty.
sometime down the road once i get this scheduling down, but i have so much dried pasta in the house that i need to work through it all first. never made pasta before so i'll have to practice with that first, but i do want to learn
Last minute pregame - Pig ear, roasted corn, roasted broccoli and Brussels Pork and shrimp shumai (half of them broke - not my area of expertise) Carrots braised for 3 hours in embers in mediocre buffalo sauce. ♀️

crust is a little thick and air structure is more open on the top vs the bottom this is overproofed trash

My wife invited co-workers over and promised them steak. Apparently, that is why I’m here...bone-in ribeyes (and I'm a sucker for au poivre sauce), creamed spinach, rosemary roasted potatoes and mushrooms.

I'll bet your girl took the pic and posted it on her insta, tagging the spot and raving about how good it was.
I’d be single immediately if that got posted. But it is a headache - girls always want to grab something to snack on and most places out here that are a decent scene or a place to watch a game have middling food at best, so I just end up having to see trash like that hit the table at nonsensical markups.
