If you are referring to The Gem, you will kick yourself for not drinking it all by yourself once you pour it in all the glasses and have your first sip.
Solid plan. Really nothing better than a great beer shared with good people. It is actually when I bust out my best beers.
Same. I'm always stashing bottles and I generally buy them with the intent to share them. But every now and then I have to thin the herd outside of a share.
I actually did that when I went to California. Bottle Logic had a collab with Mikkeller releasing while I would be there, so I bought online and got 2 bottles. With the intention of sending one to my friends in Birmingham so the 4 of them could share one. But then I had it on draft and got greedy so now there just going to have to share it with me.
don't think I posted this but man the Mikkeler bar at REFFEN in Copenhagen was delightful, took a water taxi from downtown, sat on the water. they'd just had Mikkeler beer week so had Heady Topper and tons of limited release sours still around. it's right next to an enormous outdoor food stall park. Spoiler
The Maine beers that I have haven't been super hazy so they probably stand up a little better to time. But yeah at least open them.
Drank Wicked Weed sours and Bourbon County instead. Planned on drinking a lot more than I did. I'm old, got home early, and now headed to bed.
This is a new batch. Different but still good. I prefer the 1st run. This one tastes slightly lagered.
Delicious NEIPA from a brewery in the DFW metro. No can distribution and very little kegs go out. Their first run of this beer was my favorite from them but their 2nd run is slightly off. Still better than 99% of distro beers.
Lil dude doesn't appear to be satisfied with the faux nip and looks to be making a run at the real thing. Good boy.
