Whether or not an executive order can even be done (doubtful), it'll be tied up in the courts immediately and likely delayed, which can't happen when they need to print all the appropriate documents, right? Either way, imagine if Obama openly defied a Supreme Court decision.
Again, if he's going to ignore the SC, what is "being tied up in lower courts" going to slow anything down? He'll just do it anyways.

If you're "not conservative" but things like universal health insurance and not running a militarized southern border are "far left" to you, you're actually a conservative.
We're trying to decide if you're going to vomit propaganda all over the place or if you are capable of rational critical thought. That is largely what determines how people are treated itt
The general messaging on “left” v “right” and what the political center is is way out of whack in this country. If you look at polling on policy devoid of party labeling, the majority of the public favors policies that are to the left of the current national Democratic Party. But we don’t get that reflected in our political media coverage. Instead, they focus on the horse race between Democrats and Republicans and think that that’s adequate coverage or doing the country a service in fixing our problems. Typically it just confuses and annoys people driving them away from political engagement entirely. That’s why we ask - so we can understand where you are coming from without resorting to labels that most here don’t view as very accurate of the current political reality of America.
It is open to discourse provided the discourse is grounded in fact. We disagree all the time in here.
Do you believe that environmental regulations are socialism? Or that tax cuts on the wealthy benefit the middle class? If you answer no to those questions you'll probably be alright.
I have a history/poli sci degree and view politics in the gauge of history and not in the present moment. I listen to both sides of arguments and reserve the right to change my mind on issues instead of planting my feet in the ground for a party.
You need to work on your approach to discourse a bit, but you’ll find earnest questions/dialogue to be taken up just fine here.
