In August and September I generally do 90+ hour weeks so my wife generally doesn't complain to me about her hours.
She asked me this morning if we can go on a cruise to Spain and Australia. I told her that we cannot and she legitimately got mad at me.
Wife didn’t take my advice about tactfully asking her coworker about her attitude. Instead “No, I’m going to call her out for being a bitch” has turned into crying and yelling on the phone.
Feel like this is the most appropriate thread for this: Met a girl tonight (who was born in Russia) that thought Stalin was born in Georgia, USA not the country of Georgia. I have to go to Atlanta soon so it somehow came up in conversation and she had that great drop-in. Wasn’t even sure what to say at that point.
I’ll do you one better. She leaves them in her car almost every night and then runs around frantically asking me to help her find them 2-3 times a week. Once in a blue moon she’ll bring them inside and throw them in some random spot. I dutifully put them in a little organizer box on the counter (we each have one, mine is brown Koa and hers is purple heartwood) where I put her wallet, sunglasses, AirPods, etc... Invariably this happens: “I can’t find my keys!” “Don’t worry I put them in your box.” “What box?!” “The one on the counter where I’ve been putting your stuff for the last year.” “Which one?!” “Yours” “Which one is mine?” “The neon green one with all my junk in it.” “You don’t have to be a jerk about it!”
Definitely not photo worthy - so brains AND beauty. Just ended up talking to her at a restaurant due to proximity. I don't know her insta or anything and would have been pretty tough to execute a photo.
Much appreciated - Also, had to have a meeting with a server today about a wage garnishment because she thought that by moving every year the IRS would not be able to bill her for taxes. She has 3 years now of not filing.
Wife just had her purse stolen. I wasn't too worried about it until she drops "I think I had my SS card and bank account # written down in there." Goodbye identity
Not to be an asshole but I am throwing stuff at the wall, don’t forget about your house. If you have credit margin, call your lender/bank.. and tell them to freeze it until you meet them in person and sign off on it.
Thanks, but we don't really have many open lines of credit at the moment. I'm more worried about them just getting access to our checking and savings accounts and opening up lines of credit in her name and fucking up her credit score
Random question I didn’t want to start my own thread for: fiancée and I are (god I hope) finishing up this insane immigration process so hopefully getting married soon. Both of us have pretty much all the stuff we need so we’re not registering for anything but both our families really want to give us something. So we’re thinking of setting up a “help us recoup the insane amount of money we spent on government forms” site. I was hoping y’all would know which ones of the “go fund me” style sites takes the smallest cut/is easiest to use?
Me and my wife have her green card interview in a month. Been at this paper work shit since March 2018.
About the same it's fucking awful. And that's with calling my congressman to expedite it cuz I'm deployable. She has her visa interview next week in London and hopefully getting here in November
I’m aware of that. I have no interest in watching it. Hang in there y’all are almost there. The rest of the process is so much better for the fact y’all will be together for it. DM me if you want any advice about the green card process.
