Yes, but also, Nancy is brass tacks. As much as she got bad press for not pushing harder for impeachment earlier—and justified criticisms—she was buying time and protecting the members/especially new members in purple districts. Politics have CLEARLY perverted the enforcement of the law, the Constitution, and norms, but at the end of the day, the Dems BEST odds in 2020 are to keep the House and lose the Senate and Presidency because of our archaic representation and electoral college. I said a while ago that not impeaching now had the same regrettable feeling as Obama not publicly addressing Russian hacking because he didn’t have the co-sign of Mitch. Hopefully impeaching this motherfucker moving into the Fall isn’t too late.
